My healing journey
In my own trauma healing journey it was not until I learned to listen to and connect with my body through somatic exercises and parts work that I finally felt whole. Now I’m passionate to share and empower others with these same skills. I utilize IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) to assist the process, helping restore both calmness and energy. My coaching is influenced by many life experiences including complex and developmental trauma, adoption (self, domestic, foster care, older child, embryo and international), attachment challenges, neurodevelopmental gaps, chronic stress, military service, athletics and fitness, Christianity, and high performance.
You no longer need to feel stressed by anxiety, overwhelmed by depression, or stuck in trauma. We can work together to shift your body back into a ventral vagal parasympathetic state, where you feel grounded, connected and calm. We can increase your capacity for handling stress in life with skills that increase your nervous system’s flexibility and resiliency.
