Agreements for Coaching Sessions

We agree to be present to our best degree possible and for that to be good enough for today.

We agree to not hold ourselves (or others) to the standard of perfection; we will simply start where we can right now.

We agree to personal responsibility for ourselves, our attitude, and our energy. There is no space here for blaming or saving others.

We agree to keep this a safe space by staying in the present moment and within our body as much as possible and only sharing as much of story as necessary for context.

We agree to be open to the possibility that change and healing can happen and that our systems already have the innate wisdom to return to wholeness.
